No rice diet

today i will start the "no rice" diet program... 
healthy living for me!

piece of advice from someone who did the rice diet a few years ago...it would definitely shed off lots of pounds but get your carbs once in a while....don't push through with this diet if you're drinking, smoking and taking meds....you'd end up with a faulty liver...trust me =)

Not eating rice doesn't necessarily mean healthy living....
